Here at the Madison Capitols, we choose to hold ourselves to a higher standard: in the rink, on the ice, in the classroom, and in the community. We choose to be leaders that make the right choices everyday, with confidence, without any praise, and especially when no one else is watching. We choose to be honest, accountable, consistent, and have a relentless work ethic. We choose to each do our roles, without complaint, to the best of our ability, and we expect the person next to us to do the same. We choose to put the team first and to be willing to make any individual sacrifice for the team's success... to be selfless. We will accomplish this not as individuals but as one identity. Madison Capitols AAA teams are sanctioned by USA Hockey as a Tier 1 Organization that offers a level unavailable to youth hockey players in our area. The Tier 1 AAA designation is established by USA Hockey, the governing body for Amateur and Olympic hockey in the United States. USA Hockey and WAHA make all determinations on sanctioned Tier 1 youth organizations in the state of Wisconsin.
